Dear Parade Participants:

On behalf of Dr. George C. Wright, President, Prairie View A&M University, the entire faculty, staff, and student body, we cordially invite your organization to participate in the University’s Annual Homecoming Parade. The theme is: “Carpe Diem: Seize the Day””

The parade will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2008 starting at approximately 9:00 a.m. The information listed below is provided to assist in your planning and preparation. If your area of entry is not listed, please add it and it’ll be provided for your convenience.

The parade participant registration form should be returned to our office as soon as possible, but no later than Monday, October 6, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Once we receive your registration form, we will forward your Information Packet. Parade participants will be limited due to time constraints associated with the start of the football game; therefore we encourage you to register early.
