Greetings Potential Contestant,

The 2007 Homecoming Committee, in conjunction with the PVAMU NPHC and the Council of Student Organizations, announces the PVAMU HOMECOMING STEPSHOW 2007. This show will display some of the finest performance steps from various fraternities, sororities and organizations ultimately deeming groups as the true champs of the South. Not only will there be well over $9,000 in cash, prizes and awards given to the winners, but an amazing After Party will blow the roof off of the Baby Dome.

The step show will take place Saturday, October 27, 2007 in the William“Billy” J. Nicks Fieldhouse (BABY DOME) starting promptly at 8:00 pm. The registration fee is $75 and there will be no onsite registration.  Spaces are limited and available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. Payments are to be made in the form of cashier’s check and / or money order.  This show is open to all National Pan-Hellenic Council and CSO organizations.  Enclosed are the step show information, rules of engagement, and the contract, which has to be signed for application approval.  Contact the Office of Student Activities and Leadership at (936)-261-1340 for more information.  We look forward to hearing from you.  SEE YA ON THE HILL!!!

To participate in this year’s step show, REGISTRATION must be completed. The deadline for completed applications should be postmarked by “Friday October 19, 2007 ”. Spaces are limited to fifteen participating organizations and are available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS at an entry fee of $75.00. Only Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders will be accepted. There will be no on-site registration.

Payment must be made to the Fiscal office in W.R. Banks, first floor. Original receipt must then be presented to the Stepshow Chair, Miss Denise Simmons in the Office of Student Activities and Leadership.
